My Story

It started with my friends.
I’ve always loved making cookies for people.

Not really because I love baking, although I do, but because I love the part after. Handing someone a cookie I made and waiting to see if they like it.

So I started testing recipes in my kitchen. Then testing them again. And again.

Somewhere along the way, it became The Cookie Counter.

I wanted to make the kind of cookie that feels worth stopping for. The one you eat in the car on the way home, bring to someone’s house, split with a friend, or leave on the counter for later.

Nothing too complicated. Just really good cookies, made carefully, for people to enjoy together.
